Food Bank & Hamper Donations accepted until Dec. 13!

ÉBEYS staff and students would like to help make this holiday season a little bit brighter for local families by supporting two very special community programs:

The Beausejour Brokenhead Christmas Hampers are accepting monetary donations to purchase Co-Op grocery gift cards for families & Red Apple gift cards for toys and clothing for children under 12.

The Beausejour and Area Food Bank is in constant need of food for their program.  Here is the list of some of the items that are in high demand:

- canned tuna, salmon, chicken or turkey
- canned fruit and vegetables
- peanut butter
- rice
- pasta, whole grain pasta, whole wheat pasta
- canned spaghetti sauce or canned tomatoes
- dry cereal (high fiber preferred, not sweetened, sugar coated types)
- canned soup
- snacks / lunches: nuts, granola bars, fruit cups, pudding, juice boxes (not fruit punch or fruit cocktail), crackers, cookies

If you would like to contribute to either organization, please send your monetary and/or food donations to the school by no later than December 13th.

If you would like to receive a tax receipt for your donation to the Christmas Hamper gift card program, please send a donation directly to the Beausejour/Brokenhead Christmas Hampers, Box 605, Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0.

Thanks for your continued support!  Happy Holidays!!
